Edify by Your Spirit
Until the rivers of conviction
Knock us down
But You don’t place us there
To drown, but to be found
You reveal what’s in the heart
But not to condemn
It’s an invitation to repent
If we choose to let You in

Hi Jodi. I enjoyed this poem and found the “rivers of conviction” imagery to be very powerful. Many people these days don’t have much in the way of convictions, unfortunately. God bless you.
